too pricy... rl isn't worth any more than imr or h... I laughed at my lgs the other day when they had rl33 for $60 a #. told them they can keep it...

I put 1lb in cart to test shipping.

For me it was $41 with Hazmat and shipping on UPS.

Thats about what it is any other place. Ya gotta order at least 2 lbs. or more. What I hate is if a place has l lb. restrictions. Then I move on.

Vihtavuori powders are all in the high 40 to low 50 dollar range for big rifle powders like N560 to N570.

So $46 for RL 15 is certainly more than $40 to $42 for a Hodgdon or IMR but RL 15 is not temp. sensitive.

IMRs like 4895 would be.

Really only H4895 would compare.

But this is a hard to find Alliant powder. Im sort of amazed that its still there at $46, if you buy few lbs.
