Out here it's: things that eat deer season! Coyote, cougar, and spring bear.
Deer season wrapped up in our area 2 weeks ago so now we are on to hunting camp project season. That will be followed by fishing season come April then back to hunting season in October. Once I get my puppy squared away with training project season will be split with bird hunting season.

Deer season may be over, but not necessarily hunting season(s). Small game is still in and turkey is just around the corner. Before you know it the cycle starts all over again...god willing.

Not if I can help it. Killed one last week and I will kill another between now and end of February if I get the chance.
Just whacked my last doe of the season. 250 grain Hammer Hunter from a1885 405 Win. Browning falling block made in Japan. They can make a great gun! To my surprise she made it fifteen yards. Serious heart, lung damage. Sorry no pictures. Killed with twenty minutes of shooting light left in a country 90 miles away from home.
