Awesome #1---This is when Christensen Arms did custom barrel work on your own action.
Stainless #1 action.
Jard trigger set at 1.5lbs.
24" C-Arms carbon fiber wrapped barrel.
Titanium Break.
MPI Custom light weight stock-about 16oz. Nice palm swell on right. 12 3/4" LOP --needs to be short to get your head behind scope.
Ruger 1" rings.
$2400
Leupold VX3i 4.5-14x40mm new(just put this on rifle) $400 more with rifle.

Probably one of the lightest #1 you'll lay your hands on, and compact(no repeater receiver).

That is the most alsome no.1 I have ever seen and I have seen a bunch of them wish I could fund it got to many projects in the works right now love the caliber

What's your opinion of the jard trigger? Thinking of putting one in my no 1. Also, does this no 1 have a Hicks accurizer in the forearm, or is it not necessary with this set-up? My no 1 (25-06 with light contour barrel) tends to walk up about 1 1/2" over a period of about 4-5 shots. Yours is a beautiful rifle, I'll give you that.

In the dictionary under "GENTLEMANS STOCKING RIFLE" PERFECT!!!

Jard is great, Some of the others have set triggers which are fine also. I like Jard because I have used them in most of my Ruger One's, since most factory triggers are not to my liking. They are simple, not expensive and they work.

This forearm is bedded- so no need for the Hicks. In a wooden stock #1 you can try the Hicks. I have owned about fifteen #1's. About 5 did what yours does-sent them down the line. 5 average 1" ish. And about 5 shot good 1/2-3/4"
Also owned about 5 or 6 customs--all shot great. Fav which never should've sold 338RUM in 2001-very similar to this but experience taught me no single shots for elk. (Why I'm selling this 300wsm, if this was a 6 or 6.5 something-wouldn't be on the block).

I had three 25-06---rechambered one to 25-06 AI-shot awesome after rechambering. Another to 257 Weatherby.
Shot ok-about 1"
