Hello All,

It's a New M70 action (made by FN in SC) in 300WM custom throated to shoot 208gr Hornady A-Max bullets loaded to max oal and still fit in the magazine. So has a Wyatt box.

It's in a McMillan A3-5 Adj stock with adjustable lop and cheek rest. The color is black with a blue and grey fleck throughout. Pillared and bedded.

Action is stainless and has been modified to eject the full length A-Max.

The barrel is a Hart #5 fluted at 24" also in stainless.

It has stainless steel Winchester supergrade swivel studs installed.

All work was done by Hart Rifle Barrels.

Trigger is set at 3.5lbs

I weighed the rifle. With a Leupold VXIII 6.5-20x50AO and rings and bases and a level it weighed 10.8 lbs. So I'm guessing the rifle alone is at about 9.5lbs.

Optics, rings, level not included

I'm selling because I have owned this rifle for almost a year have only put about 7 rounds down the tube. Just no time to enjoy her.

$2,500 + Shipping + Insurance

Thanks

Tom

No it hasn't. It is however New M70 built by FNH and I was told by multiple sources that due to the machining tolerances that it would have been a waste of money.

I guess it depends on who you ask. LOL.

So no it wasn't blue printed.

With a 1.5 year old at home and another on the way there just isn't a lot of time anymore to shoot.

Sadly I just realized that I'm likely to become the sight in and go hunting kind of guy that I've always had a sort of disdain for. That is some serious irony.

Sorry no trades.

Tom

Still available.

I'll consider trades for the following:

Gas Powered Golf Cart - 4 seater (newer)
2x4 ATV

Need something to haul the kids around up north.

Thanks

Tom

I shot some fire forming shots with 180gr accubonds. Two total groups. Three shots measured 3/4". Four other shots measured just a hair under an inch.

For specific info on other bullets I'd only be guessing.

Yes still for sale.
