For sale custom 280 AI by Wayne York of Oregunsmithing. This is a very nice lightweight mountain rifle. Bare rifle weighs a little over 6lbs can get exact weight if needed. I had this rifle for sale around a month ago. I put on a new Leupold vx3 4.5-14 scope. Now it's for sale as a turnkey package. I recently acquired another lightweight rifle so this one is on the chopping block. All new parts were used for the build. Test fired by gunsmith only. Build specs are

1. Remington 700 action completely trued. With spiral fluted bolt
2. Timney Trigger
3. Bdl style bottom metal
4. Barreled action and bottom metal are cerakoted in FDE.
5. Mcmillian edge ultralight stock
6. One of a Wayne's cut rifled barrels #4 contour. Fluted and finished at 24 inches. 1-9 twist cut with ackley reamer.
New vx3 4.5-14x40 Leupold scope set in Talley rings and bases. Comes with original box and Leupold neoprene scope cover. $2050 shipped in hard case. Insurance is on the buyer if desired.
