Custom 280 AI with Scope

I'm looking to sell my Montour County Rifle in 280 AI. Less than 100 rounds through it. I have loaded and factory ammo available. As well as some new brass. Will shoot factory 280 Remington ammo touching as well as handloads. Very nice build. I'm attaching the spec sheet.

Scope is Vortex Razor HD LH 3-15x40 HSR Ret.

I'd sell without scope for 2800. I'm not really adding too much to put the scope with it since it's such a personal choice. Figure if they don't like it they can sell it and get a few hundred dollar back.

What does it weigh, either as is or bare rifle?

I was shooting for bare rifle at 7lbs which would have brought the scopes rifle just over 8, but I believe I came up about 7-8 oz off. I'll try to weight it this weekend. The stock is a lighter weight manners and the Borden action is fairly light as well. Kept that in mind when scoping components. Along with rings and scope.

Is it chambered to the SAAMI (Nosler) spec or the earlier P.O. Ackley version? And do you know the freebore (throat) length?
