I have a custom Remington 700 chambered in 280 Ackley Improved for sale. Very accurate and in extremely good condition. No scratches or dings in the cerakote.
Approximately 200 fired through it.
The action came off a Remington 700 Classic 270 Win built in 1973. It was trued by Carl Kampfeld of Kampfeld customs when he installed the M16 extractor and fluted the bolt and lightened the handle.
The barrel was built and installed by Benchmark barrels.
INFORMATION
Barrel - 26 inch fluted #3 contour. 1/9 twist
Action - Old school trued Remington 700.
Bolt - Fluted and trued, M16 extractor installed. Bolt handle lightened. Kampfeld Campfire nob installed.
Stock - Manners LRH long action with M5 Mini Chassis installed.
Bottom metal - Hawkins M5 Hunter.
2 Hawkins Long Action hunter magazines. 4 round
Trigger - Jewel Adjustable trigger. Set at 2lbs. Can go lower. Max is 3 lbs.
Nightforce 1 piece 20 MOA base
Rifle weighs 7lbs 8 ounces.
