Yes that is correct, one of the first ones out. Very nice action though. Bolt is DLC coated which makes it very slick, and has only 60 degree bolt through.

Is the rest of the action stainless? Does it come with a rail and recoil lug?

Its black(DLC Coated) Comes with 20 moa pinned rail and pinned recoil lug. Reason I don't have pics up is that it is still at the smiths. Will get pics posted soon. Thanks
