Well, thanks to the carbon county commissioner's big screw up, the North Springs Range outside Price, Utah will not meet NBRSA or IBS rules and will not be sanctioned for competitions. It is probably the nicest range anywhere in the west and cost over 4 million dollars but the benches were built too long and now it is a deserted jewel in the desert!
The next closest NBRSA 1k match is either in Reno, NV or Raton, NM.
Utah does have a bunch of local "fun shoots" that are really working out to be highly competitive matches without the "rule books" and "memberships" of the NBRSA.
