Cow elk hunt

Looking for a reasonably priced cow elk hunt in 2022 for 3 guys. Rifle,basic field game recovery, and not a fenced hunt are the only real requirements. Open to CO, WY, NM, and maybe MT. We're all experienced hunters, so semi guided, guided, or trespass hunts would be fine.

I have points to most of these states, but will not be using them for a cow hunt.

A couple friends booked landowner tag cow hunts in northeast Utah. They were very happy with the hunt and the landowner retrieved and hung the game. Can't remember the cost.

I've researched this quite a bit personally for a hunt with my dad. Check out Black Mountain Outfitters in NM for cow elk. I LITTLE more expensive than average, but I think thats the route I would go. DO NOT buy tags through Urge 2 Hunt. Had a terrible experience through him.
