Cooper Firearms Model 52 Excalibur - any thoughts?

I am not familiar with Cooper Firearms of Montana. I am in the market for a new long range hunting rifle.
I have the opportunity to purchase a Cooper Firearms Model 52 Excalibur Rifle 300 Win Mag Matte 26" for a fairly good price.
Does anyone have any reliable insight on this rifle? Pros or cons?

i own 3 coopers they are all good shooters

My buddies and I have owned about a dozen Coopers and all but a couple have shot extremely well with handloads

If it is the caliber you want and price is good - hard to go wrong with a Cooper. Unless something else pops up right after you buy LOL

I do not own a Cooper and do not know anything about that specific model they are offered at my local gun store and I have handled several they are a quality built rifle
