They don't want guys joining just to get to the classified. It helps eliminate potential scammers.

Because the same rule applies, you cannot send or receive messages until then unless you become an LRH Supporter.

Chris, perhaps clarification/updated guidance is needed for the new members. I have been here long enough to know and understand all the changes you guys have implemented in the last 15+ years since I joined. Cheers!
