I am looking for a shorter scope so it won't stick out like a sore thumb on a mini-14. i don't want a cheaper brand like nc star or barska, but their about the only ones i can find that have a 40mm objective and variable power up to 10x or 12x. Leapers has a swat series for around $120 bucks, but don't know how good they are. B-square also has a muzzloading scope 3-9x40 with an ao, but midway is the only place i've seen 'em and thers no backorder. Does anyone know of one of around 10" long that won't break my wallet?
