Clear Optics Hunting Scope Help!

Hello, I am looking for a hunting scope to make shots to 500 plus yards that wont brake the bank! I really dislike target turrets since I hunt very hard and have had them move on me before. I have given the new Minox a look but I dont know. This will be going on a Sako A7 ST in 7mm.
