Or just leave the whole shell in the salsa, there is always more salsa in the refrigerator.

My Bradford Pear trees are covered with those shells and last week there were literally piles of their empty shells on the ground at the bases of the trees. Several (like the one pictured) attached to the house as well...

My dog used to love eating cicadas a few years back. Why I have no idea

And speaking of eating strange things didn't we have a coyote eating thread a while back? Anybody try that yet?
