- Which Hammer bullet do you see best accuracy and terminal performance from your 6.5 Creedmoor ? Load data would be excellent also.

What species and max distant hunting? Go to for "most" circumstances is the 124 HH.

Mostly Hogs. My lease ridge overlook allows up to ~700 yds for range.
After doing some additional searching, found your post on favorite the 124 HH.
Do you have a preferred powder ? I am running a 22" 65 CM from Criterion on my gas gun.

My current load is 143gr ELDX over RE26,, but have RE16, Varget and H4350 also.
Suggestion for the 124HH from a 22" barrel??

If you're truly sending it 700 yards stick to Hammer Hunters.

For those looking for the 124 hammer hunter 6.5 Creed load, I've used 48.0 of R26 with Hornady brass in 4 different rifles with excellent accuracy and multiple one shot kills on hogs and elk. I also use the 124 in my 6.5x47 Lapua and have killed multiple hogs with it. It's a great bullet.

R 26 seems awfully slow for CR. Am I understanding this correctly?
