I have a Choate take-off "Ultimate Sniper" It's in good shape but used. (that means some scuffing/scratches, but nothing overt) I bought a gun for a project and this came off of it. It does not include the bipod however it does have the bipod rail built in.

I took it off of a Savage 116 300 RUM. Regular Long Action hole spacing: 5.062 inches

Dang, I didn't even know two came with it!
It just has the one cheek piece.
