I have a Remington 700 SPS Varmint in .308 with 66 cm long barrel.

The bullet will depend on what your intentions are and the twist of your barrel however, the 168 gr. is a optimal bullet weight for a .308. With that being said, somewhere at or around 46.0 grs of Varget should do nicely.
