Chadwick flintlock

I have been told Robert Chadwick did most of his building his guns was in the late 50's early 60's near Chads Ford Pa.I was just given one of his 45 cal with a 48 inch barrel.I was hoping someone had heard of him and has an opinion of his work

Can't answer your question, but I just think that's pretty cool that you are using that old rifle for what it was intended! Too many just get hung above the fireplace never to be used again!

Guns are to be used unless they are in to bad shape then they go on the wall
