Cerakote, just a few questions????

I have had all my Defiance actions Salt bath nitride treated. This is done at 1000-1050F. The temper is pretty soft on an action. I called Glenn at Defiance and he told me that 1000 would be fine. You can bake at 300 all day and not draw anymore temper out of that action. Can't help you with the application part- I alway have pros do it.
