Can you set zero on VX5 HD windage turret?

Just bought a 7-35 VX5 HD. Windage dial doesnt have the set screws that the elevation does. Can you set zero on the windage???

If I remember correctly, it is spring loaded in the "down" position. You pull out on the dial and turn to zero, then release it.
