Can anyone tell me what these are

I am modifying a annealer and want to use these parts to mount the torch head. Problem is I can't find what they are called, so can't look it up to find them. If you know what to call it let me know if you know where to find them please.

Sorry, can't help with a name. I made my own when I built my annealer. Pretty simple to make if you get a piece of aluminum bar stock. I used a band saw and drilled/tapped the holes. I'll be interested to see if someone sells something like this pre-made.
