Can a 224 Valkyrie chamber be opened up to 22ARC

You'd have to open the bolt face as well.
ARC is very close to Grendel.
Valkyrie is same as 6.8 SPC,

the Valkyrie case is .080 longer so unless you are having a bolt action barrel set back and rechambered it is not possible
