Bit of a long shot, but does anyone have a cabela's instinct 4.5-14x44 htr. This has the exposed elevation dial but capped windage.

Hey Wyatt, I know it's not the HTR but, I have an EXT and the same in the Meopro, if you aren't able to find the HTR.
