Bye Felicia

I liked my nikons for what they were. I will no longer buy other products from them I get they don't want to do scopes. I guess that's good for vortex.

Wow. Guess my old school Buck Master 6-18x40 with mil dot reticle, 1/8" clicks and tall target turrets, which was a Midway exclusive by the way, will soon be a collectors item!

Seems they were kinda caught off guard with all of the fast changes in shooting optics brought on by the tactical and long range crowds and were a little slow to respond to the trends.

Sad to see them go down this road and bow to the left by not supporting the NRA. But if that's the road they want to travel, I will not support their other products either.

I'm surprised... This didn't happen sooner. Nikon has never wanted it's cameras to be associated with its scopes. They felt it painted them in a bad light. That's why I don't own either. Good bye and good luck to them. Now maybe my friends will believe what I've been telling them for years.

hmm interesting. they did make good quality mid-range stuff, looks like vortex will just absorb this market share most likely.

Nikon seems to be backing out of the camera market, although it still has a few years in the market. Like my Nikon glass.
