On the second pic there are 2 small mark's on the bell, those are the only mark's on the scope I can see otherwise it is like new

I'll bump for ya, these scopes are very good, lightweight scopes. I have 2 of the 4-12x40AOs, was it ever mounted?

Yes, it was mounted, came on a rifle I bought, don't have any need for it but is a great little lightweight scope
