I picked up a used Burris BD a couple months ago. I just got around to mounting it and doing a little testing today.
It's a 6-24 model with adjustable objective.
When I have the power set on 6, then zoom on up to 10, 12, or anything up to 24, I have to adjust the focus eyepiece. Not to much when I zoom to 10 or so, maybe just a turn to get it to focus. BUT when I zoom out to 24 I had to adjust the focus out about 10 or 12 full turns before it came into focus. I have never had to do that before...
Is this normal for the Burris BD scopes?
Thanks much for any input,
