It's on the bigger side of medium. These vest are semi-custom in that we send in our measurements and armor shield fabricates accordingly. I'm 5'10" 200lbs so I'm guessing "large" to upper medium. I'd be more than happy to send you pics or answer anymore questions you may have. Happy New Year
