When building a new load what are some of the first things to look for?

When building a new load what are some of the first things to look for?

I always start with these things:

A. Powder
B. Brass
C. Bullet
D. Primer

I always look at the business end of the load... I figure out what type of bullet I want to use then I go from there... Once I match the bullet to the game and distances then I work on Powder then brass then primer..
