I am trying to decide wether my browning x-bolt stainless stalker (30-06)is worth the money to use as a long range rifle (500yrd) not so long as 1000yrd. OR should I scrape the idea and go with a remington action rifle. I enjoy the recoil on the 30-06 much more than a .338 or 7mm. What is the big difference in the browning actio over the remington action?
