Has any gunsmith re barreled a blued Browning abolt is it hard to take the barrel off

Over the years I have had my shop open, I have had to remove exactly 1 barrel from a A-Bolt. It has been long enough ago I don't remember if it gave me a problem, or not. I DO remember why I had to remove that barrel, though. A 'shade tree gun plumber'' had wrung off a scope mount screw on the front. He tried to drill it out (which he did!) but went too far and drilled all the way through and into the chamber (a .300WSM). I was able to set the barrel back , deepen the chamber and re-establish head space using the factory barrel. That's all I remember about that A-Bolt, except it wouldn't rate very high on my list for use for a custom build.

I've Rebarreled a half dozen or so, if one has the right tools on hand they present no special problems.

Ya,,,, my barrel vise and my action wrenches are "on steroids" compared to what I see available commercially. The 'right tools'.
