Yea, I found that too. Something happened recently (changed hands/owner's??) and things are definitely turning sour with them. Covid ??? Slow boat from China ??? Who knows. I used to get a LEO discount, but that was discontinued (at least for me and the items I tried to order). Getting to be the norm- apparently with lots of online businesses.
 
I got a call back from them after being told I was 100+ back in the call waiting line, a possible 62 minute wait. They took my credit card number and confirmed I ordered 2000 primers. This morning I have no email conformation and no charges to my credit card. I guess I'll wait and see....
