I just checked, yes they are, but I cannot make myself pay $100.00 for 1000 primers, but I still have enough, I hope they last until they come back down to somewhat normal, or I could be making a huge mistake.

You can get regular #200 or 210 Federal large rifle primers for closer to $80.

But, they are charging more for the mil spec and especially the Bench Rest Primers.
