I was going to use this for a rifle build but my plans have changed. Its brand new & has never been shot!!

I have box, all factory paperwork & accesories as it came to me from my gun dealer.

I also have a stainless Near Mfg. 20 MOA picatinney base coming for it - will sell this seperately or can make a deal to go along with the rifle.
