Bolt face?s

Ok I have been having extraction issues with me 7mag Remington 700 with a criterion barrel. Look at the bolt face wear I colored it in with yellow what is that? It looks like a seem of two pieces of metal. Is this normal? I'm 2graims under Bergers max with 180 Bergers. Loads are in adg brass federal 215m primers. .090 off lands. First firing on new brass seems good but after few or more reloads it's starting to really flatten primers. I chronoed new brass same load and fired brass same load and they are writhing 5-6fps. Not getting heavy bolt lift. Any advice would be great.

How was this barrel installed, is it a barrel nut "remage" style?
