I am looking to possibly build a 257 weatherby. I'd like it to be on the lighter side for weight. Would it be possible to build the 257 off tikka action that started out as a 300 win mag? As long as the bolt face is a magnum if I understand correctly I should be ok to build this? I just looked in my manual for case dimensions and the 257 Weatherby is listed as .531 where as the 300 win is .532". Will this cause issues?
