It comes with all the accessories in the photos (PCA Professional Tripod Camera Adapter, binocular rest, shooting rest, and 2 quick release plates). I have owned these for about 5 years, I have used them, but they are in great condition. I am selling these because I have switched to a shorter carbon fiber set up. $125 shipped CONUS.
