This is who I'd use. He not only does bluing but is a fine gunsmith as well. I've seen some if his bluing work and it is top notch. I've only been using him for gunsmithing work so far but would not hesitate to have bluing done.

Craftguard has been in business for over 30 years with many options and finishes - at least check them out online - I've had 9 rifles done with nothing but praise; however, I have not had anything done in about 5 or 6 years.
