Blackjack bullet refund

I just went on their site and seen this. I myself have a standing order for a lot of bullets and I didn't receive a refund or a email about this yet. If this is true I'm very grateful but I won't hold my breath.

I wonder if blackjack still owns the designs and Sierra can't produce anything close to or use their ideas? I mean Sierra knows there is a demand… in fact maybe they already have the bullets made but held it hostage for payment?

Hornady has released the 134 ELD-M for testing.

Don't fear the fast twist 25s. Just stay away from Blackjack.
