New in the box with all papers and warranty card. Have have used it a few times and it works great. Santa brought me a new Pact professional for Christmas so the Chrony is for sale. Still have receipt from Sinclair for $128.25. I will sale this item for $100.00 and I pay shipping to the lower 48. Local pickup ok in central Mississippi.
