Yep! One used 300 HAMR Wilson Combat with 110 Lehigh Defense controlled chaos lead-free bullets (~2:44 mark).

More than likely, it is going to waste. What would they do with all the meat? If the shooting was in Texas (and I suspect that it was), then the meat cannot be delivered to food shelters or anything like that. You can share some with friends/family, but that is about it.
