Best twist rate for 7mm rem mag

Hey guys, what is the best twist rate for Rem 7mm mag? bullet weights from 140 to 175 grns.

I've always used 9, 9.5.

I've heard many hunters use a 10T.

think my sps is 1:9.25...... just thinking ahead for some customizing!!
