What is the best action to use to build a .375 CheyTac or .408 CheyTac? Bolt action repeater. Also the cheapest cost to quality ratio. Thanks guys.

Here we go again... if you use your search button, you'll find a vast amount of information dealing with actions for this build...
In the repeater configuration, you are limited to a few actions. TAC 408, find an old used Lawton 8000, or the Snowy Mountain which is based of the Lawton 8000. I would recommend the TAC 408 in terms of cost to quality ratio.
