What are all the better factory rifles with Rem 700 clone actions?

If you were looking to buy a 2 grand or less factory rifle with rem 700 style action and bdl/adl magazine, knowing you would keep it and rebarrel later, what would you be lookin at?

I would say Seekins Havak PH2 but they have a DBM. If hinged floorplate is a must, Springfield Boundary would be my choice.

Agreed on best. Which is why i also asked specifically for all the better ones. I havent looked into this in a while so dont want to overlook a great option.

And the 307 is definitely on the list if i decide to build rather than buy.

I don't think there is a action besides Bergara that use a 700 action that sell completed rifles for under $2000

What is it you don't like about the stock Remington 700 action?

Nothing specifically. Not enough personal experience to have an opinion, and surely have not ruled them out. Do u recommend current manufacture?

Im looking for actions that are or can be very slick and with bolt clearances that are not prone to bind.
As in, when run hard in real world conditions. Its easy to be precise in movement and alignment while layin down prone in good position shootin at rocks but less so when standing on uneven slick ground and the animal is going hard either away, or much worse its big, mad and coming AT you lol.

I have need of two rifles one bigger, one smaller and I hope to have and hunt one of them this next season.

The reason I asked is because I have had 4 customs built on 700s and have never had a problem. No binding, no failures to feed, or extract.

If I was building a custom and wanted a 700 platform, I would just use a stock 700 and have the gunsmith true the face, replace the trigger, bed it in the stock of choice and put on either a bartlein, brux, krieger or douglas barrel.

The USMC M40 sniper rifle is a stock Rem 700 action with a different barrel and stock and it has been in service for 60 years. No modifications to the basic action.
