I ride my horse and drink beer. Has worked out pretty well up till Now.
If I could only ride her to the convenience store. I would be way ahead.

I knew somebody growing up that got a DWI while riding his horse from the bar drunk. Couldn't believe it.

My horse is Better than a Self Driving Car. I can be asleep, or left saddle bag empty and she has taken me right home and in the barn every time. If she could just untack herself,
and put it away.
DUI laws differ based on location (state, county, city). DUI on a horse likely depends on if you're riding a horse on a street or other public right-of-way. You may have to obey all traffic laws, no matter what you're "driving" if you're on public property. Out in a field, on private land, maybe not so much.
Florida pops up on a Google search as a state that you can get a DUI while riding a horse.
During rodeo week somebody always rides a horse into the bar for a beer. They usually get a DUI or public intoxication ticket. First a warning, second time a ticket.
