I will recieve a new stock for my 300 RUM in aprox. 2wks. I was thinking about using a barrel bedding block instead of action bedding. I would like some opinions on this from all you smart longgg shootin guy if you don't mind.
I used it mainly for longrange varminting. It has a 30" Hart 1.250 dia. It is bedded in an itty bitty stock now. The new stock will have the room to barrel bed.
