Bausch and Lomb 6x24 Balvar?

I have a B&L Balvar 6x24 varmint scope, it has lo-pro target turrets, graduated every 2 clicks with a hashmark where there is no number, 24 clicks per turn, is this 1/4 moa or 1/8 moa per click, anyone have any idea? thanks
