Barrel Thread adapter

Installing a muzzle brake on my rifle. Had to buy a barrel thread adapter from Brownells for brake. Should I apply Blue Lock tight to threads on barrel for adapter ?

If you going to remove very often I wouldn't use Loctite but if you plan on leaving one or the other on most of the time then I would but that's me others may have different options

When using a muzzle brake with different threads than the barrel, I prefer to use Lock tight on the adapter to brake threads so that if you remove the brake, the adapter comes off with the brake.

I use anti seize on the barrel threads to aid in brake removal for cleaning. also If you change brakes, you can change to match the barrel threads.
