Barrel liner installation on a muzzleloader?

Would it be possible to install a barrel liner on a in-line muzzleloader? Would anyone like to tackle the job or recommend someone who might? I'm looking to convert a .45 or .50 cal in-line muzzleloader to .32 cal or .36.

Thanks for the input/advice. Any tips, etc. are welcomed.
