barrel changes after a few hundred rounds

I have re-chambered a 7mm Rem Mag to a 28 Nosler. The barrel (26 in, 8.5 twist, proof carbon) had several hundred rounds thru it and had already gone thru the "change". Will there be another change??.....if so is it from the new throat eroding?

It might help to know what "change" are you experiencing and how many rounds through it.

MV increased almost 100 FPS sometime after maybe a hundred rounds. Not sure exactly when...at some point it just wasn't grouping as well, so I chronied several rounds
